Shia Labeouf: We Knew It.

SHIA LABEOUF IS A FUCKING DOUCHE CANOE.
Today, Shia announced that he is retiring from public life and I for one could not be any happier. You are surprised that the kid who famously played an asshole in 3 Transformers movies was actually an asshole. Many have been saying this for years and millions of people with ears have ignored this important information. Now, with the recent news of his ripping off a comic book frame for frame without consulting the author for a short film and passing it off as his own (you can view the short here on youtube because he pulled it down from his site you know out of respect). How about his "apology" to the internet via twitter that was copy and pasted from a Yahoo! Answers (story right here) forum? Slow clap for Mr. Labeouf in proving how heartless and unoriginal he actually is. It's probably all just a joke to him where every move he makes is an inside joke with his friends and everything is just done to get a reaction because he probably resents the status that those Transformers movie have granted him. Not to mention the generation of minion assholes that he inspired and I have come to term as "Generation Witwicky". In Generation Witwicky, you have the impressionable child who had a hard time in school (in 6th grade) and his parents took him to see Transformers while his brain was still forming and there on the silver screen is a kid who gets a car and pretty girl because he acts like an asshole who talks fast with no regard for anyone (including his horribly written robot dog Bumblebee). I have dealt with this kind of minions on a daily basis of a bunch of little shits with some kind of entitlement about what ever. Maybe I am old and cranky about the youth today but I do remember being somewhat respectful to anyone older to me and generally everyone around me so maybe I am just old fashioned and destined to be put in a box at the Smithsonian on display as "What a Man used to be". But I digress, this Shia character has rode the money colored bike for too long and now it's time to own up. I sincerely hope that Daniel Clowes gets every cent he deserves for having his comic ripped off and Shia is left homeless on a street somewhere and while asking for some change he gets berated by the youth he inspired. That would be justice.
