Oscar Nom's

Today, the oscar nominations were announced live this morning and let me tell you there were a lot of surprises especially not the kind of movies you would think these stars would be nominated for. Let's go over the list of actors and actresses nominated for this years Oscars.

In the best actor category:

Bradley Cooper for his portrayal as rocket raccoon in guardians of the galaxy.

Steve Carell for his portrayal of Evan in Evan Almighty.

Eddie Redmayne is nominated for his portrayal as super computer "deep blue"

Benedict Cumberbatch is nominated for his sensational voice acting for the movie Penguins of Madagascar in which he could not pronounce the word "penguin".

And finally rounding off the bottom of the list for best male actor category for this years Oscars is Michael Keaton who is nominated for his work in Multiplicity where he was tasked with playing multiple versions of Batman.

Now we move onto the best actress category!

Marion Cotillard is nominated for her hilarious cameo from Anchorman 2: The story of Ron Burgundy in which she played a Canadian newscaster.

Julianna Moore is nominated for her work in life because let's face it Julianne is gorgeous and to not award her beauty is a slight against humanity.

Reese Witherspoon is nominated for her work as a drunk woman featured on that police man's dashboard camera.

Rosamund Pike is nominated for her role in "die another day" where she wielded to swards and was all like "I'm gonna kill ya, Mr. Bond."

Felicity Jones is nominated for her work in the theory of everything which means that she did everything so...yeah deal with it! because she already did everything. I don't know why you other bitches are even trying.

Now let's look at all those male supports.

Robert Duvall is nominated for his ability to look like an eagle for almost 8 years now. Simply breathtaking.

Edward Norton of course is nominated for his fantastic turn as lovable children's show host Smoochy. This is the eighth year in a row Edward Norton has been nominated for this award in this category for this character.

Speaking of Robert and his striking resemblance to eagles let's move onto Ethan Hawke who is nominated for looking like a cute little rat from one of those Pixar movies with his spikey hair and rat like smile. So gosh darn cute.

Mark Ruffalo is nominated because he has played the Hulk and will continue playing the Hulk and I fear The Hulk.

And rounding off the list, JK Simmons for his vocal work as the yellow M&M Who teaches the red M&M how to play the drums while verbally abusing him.

On to the best supporting actress category:

Patricia Arquette is nominated for her work in not always associating herself with her dumb brother David Arquette.

Laura Dern is nominated for her turn as a murderous dental assistant from that one movie starring Steve Martin I think.

Keira Knightley is nominated for resisting the urge and paycheck for that really bad Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Good for you Keira.

Emma Stone is nominated for her work in the movie bird man but she won't win because she was miscast in The Amazing Spiderman franchise as Gwen Stacy when she is clearly a better and more obvious choice to play Mary Jane Watson.

And rounding off this list is relative newcomer Meryl Streep who is nominated for playing a barstool in the movie The Imitation Game.

And finally here is your list for this years best picture.

American sniper. The story of barber who struggles as an immigrant to become a U.S. Citizen.

Birdman or (The unauthorized tale of Harvey bird man: attorney-at-law)
"Did you get that thing we sent you Hollywood" Harvey birdman finally graces the silver screen in this adaptation of his struggle to move past his superhero past and move on as an attorney.

Boyhood. Boyhood tells the tale that is shown in most health education classes. Now feature-length film.

The Grand Budapest Hotel. The story of John Q sack checking into a room that isn't exactly as how it appears. It's actually haunted and Samuel Jackson is actually a ghost in the room he's in you guessed it 1408.

The Imitation Game. Is the tale of Alan Turing. The man who cracked the code to help when World War II… In space.

Selma. Selma tells the tale of one of the two sisters related to Marge Simpson.

The theory of everything. The theory of everything is about everything. I don't know what else to say about this because it clearly states that it is about everything. It will probably win based on the fact that it is about everything.

Whiplash: the story of Devo.
When a problem comes along you must film it and that's exactly what these people did.

So there you go does your nominations for this years Oscars please submit your picks to someone who cares sucka!!!
