Local Coxsucker Cable critic gets busy signal on dial up modem.

Bill Bearham, local advocate of net neutrality and ashamed Coxsucker Cable customer was stunned Tuesday when, following the Net neutrality ruling, a Coxsucker representative showed up at his door and handed him a "base" Internet kit. Enclosed in the kit was one dial up modem, 17 Aol start up disks (floppy), and a Net Zero business card. When we tried to reach Bill at his home we got a disconnect notice. Apparently Bill has the Coxsucker Home phone package.
