What's the big deal, MPAA?

So the MPAA put the "na ah" on this new Sin City poster. I don't see the big deal. I also have no idea what else is happening in this poster because I am distracted by...I don't know...something? See for yourself and fall into the Weinstein's marketing ploy altogether now.

It's not that bad. Would you want kids to look at it? Well if you freak out over this then you are probably still breast feeding so it's nothing you kids haven't seen before. But artistically speaking...
